Guidance
- Payment method: The amount of money for your application will be billed to your account as in the case of normal card usage, based on each card company’s rules.
- There are two types of credit cards that can be used.
– VISA
– MasterCard
We do not accept other credit card types. - Please see Privacy Policy to see our policy regarding the handling of personal information.
- All personal information entered on the payment page will be encrypted by SSL.
- After payment, the payment service company (Alpha Note, Inc.) will send you an acceptance confirmation e-mail.
- If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact the NIMIC officer responsible for credit-card payment (admin★nimic.jp; please change the ★ mark to the @ mark), as there is a possibility that your e-mail address has been entered incorrectly.
- If you want to change or cancel your application after payment, please contact the NIMIC officer responsible for credit-card payment.
Procedure for credit-card payment
- Select the applicable membership type in the pull-down menu below and click the “Pay (to payment screen)” button. (This action will transfer you to another site.)
- Fill in the payment form
- Payment completed (You will receive a payment confirmation e-mail.)
