Procedure for credit-card payment

Guidance

  • Payment method: The amount of money for your application will be billed to your account as in the case of normal card usage, based on each card company’s rules.
  • There are two types of credit cards that can be used.
    – VISA
    – MasterCard
    We do not accept other credit card types.
  • Please see Privacy Policy to see our policy regarding the handling of personal information.
  • All personal information entered on the payment page will be encrypted by SSL.
  • After payment, the payment service company (Alpha Note, Inc.) will send you an acceptance confirmation e-mail.
  • If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact the NIMIC officer responsible for credit-card payment (admin★nimic.jp; please change the ★ mark to the @ mark), as there is a possibility that your e-mail address has been entered incorrectly.
  • If you want to change or cancel your application after payment, please contact the NIMIC officer responsible for credit-card payment.

Procedure for credit-card payment

  1. Select the applicable membership type in the pull-down menu below and click the “Pay (to payment screen)” button. (This action will transfer you to another site.)
  2. Fill in the payment form
  3. Payment completed (You will receive a payment confirmation e-mail.)
